Why Goat Milk??
Goat milk itself is an emollient or natural moisturizer that gets absorbed by the skin instantly and creates a moisture barrier to keep it soft, smooth and supple for a longer period of time. It is loaded with proteins, fatty acids and glycerin, which contribute to its super hydrating and moisturizing properties. Goat milk also contains alpha hydroxyl acids, which removes dead skin cells and encourages the growth of new cells in our bodies.
Is goat milk good for people with sensitive skin?
Absolutely!! This is actually why we started making goat milk skin care products. We live in Southeastern Idaho where the winters are long and the air is dry. We needed something natural that would rehydrate our cracking skin and last longer than any store bought lotions we had tried. My daughter was also dealing with some eczema around her elbows. After researching how amazing goats milk can be for eczema, and other skin irritaions, we decided to give it a try. Our products worked great and cleared all our skin problems right up! Now we want to share our success with other families dealing with similar skin conditions.
